1. About us
Mahsol Financial Solutions ("Mahsol", "we", "us" or "our") is a credit services organization offering credit repair, credit education and funding-preparation services. Our mailing address is 455 Market St, Ste 1940, San Francisco, CA 94105. We are not a lender, a law firm, a credit bureau, or a debt settlement company.
2. Services we provide
Depending on the program you select, our services may include:
- Review and analysis of your consumer credit reports.
- Identifying items you believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or obsolete.
- Preparing and submitting disputes and related correspondence to credit bureaus, furnishers and collection agencies on your behalf.
- Credit education and coaching, including guidance on utilization, payment history and credit mix.
- Funding preparation — positioning your credit profile so you can apply to third-party lenders. We do not lend money and we do not approve, underwrite or guarantee any loan, line of credit or funding amount.
The specific services included in your engagement, their scope and their price are set out in the written service agreement you sign before work begins. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
3. No guarantee of results
Credit repair outcomes depend entirely on your individual credit profile, the accuracy of the information reported about you, and the responses of the credit bureaus and furnishers. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific credit score increase, the removal of any specific item, any particular timeline, or approval for any loan or funding.
Any score changes, testimonials, screenshots or case examples shown on this website reflect the experience of individual clients and are not a promise or prediction of the results you will receive. Your results will vary.
Accurate, current and verifiable information cannot legally be removed from a credit report, and we will never claim otherwise or attempt to have truthful information removed.
4. Your rights under federal law
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports directly with the credit bureaus at no cost to you. You are not required to use a credit repair company to do this. You may also obtain a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide credit bureau.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) you have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days of signing it, at no charge. Credit bureaus are required to investigate items you dispute and to correct or delete information that is found to be inaccurate or that cannot be verified.
If you believe a credit repair organization has violated your rights, you may report it to your state Attorney General or to the Federal Trade Commission.
5. Your responsibilities as a client
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information about yourself and your credit history.
- Forward any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus, creditors or collection agencies to us promptly, as our next steps depend on it.
- Keep your accounts current, and avoid new derogatory activity or unnecessary hard inquiries while your program is active.
- Respond to our requests for documents or verification in a timely manner. Delays on your side will extend your timeline.
- Never provide us with, or ask us to use, false information, a false identity, a CPN or an EIN in place of your Social Security Number. We will terminate any engagement that involves this immediately and without refund.
6. Fees, billing and refunds
Your fees, billing frequency and payment method are set out in your signed service agreement. In accordance with CROA, we do not charge for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed. Setup, audit and onboarding fees, where they apply, cover work that has already been completed at the time of billing.
Recurring monthly fees, where they apply, are billed on the same date each month until you cancel. It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file. Declined or reversed payments may pause your program.
Because our services are performed rather than delivered as a product, fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law or expressly stated in your signed agreement. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us and we will review it promptly and in good faith.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your contract for any reason within three (3) business days of signing at no charge, as described in section 4. After that, you may cancel your ongoing program at any time by contacting us in writing at the email address below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; fees already incurred for completed work remain payable.
We may terminate an engagement if you fail to provide required information, if payment is not maintained, or if we are asked to do anything unlawful or unethical.
8. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Nothing on this website and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using our services. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified licensed professional.
9. Privacy & your information
We collect the information you submit through this website — such as your name, phone number, email address and the details you provide in our forms or check-up — so that we can respond to you and deliver the services you request. Where you become a client, we also collect the credit report and identity information needed to perform the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers and bureaus necessary to deliver your program (for example our CRM, our scheduling and payment processors, and the credit bureaus and furnishers we correspond with on your behalf), and where required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
10. Communications & text messaging
By submitting your phone number through this website, you consent to be contacted by Mahsol Financial Solutions by phone call, text message (SMS) and email regarding your inquiry and your services, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
11. Website content & intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layout and materials we provide to you — is owned by or licensed to Mahsol Financial Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute it without our written permission. Photography used on this site may be licensed stock imagery shown for illustration.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahsol Financial Solutions and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for those services.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of this website or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Results shown anywhere on this website are score snapshots provided from Mahsol client files. Individual results vary based on your credit profile and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome or timeline. Mahsol does not provide legal advice and is not a lender; funding assistance consists of preparing your credit profile for third-party lender approval. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports yourself at no cost.
